Fully galvanised steel construction.
The shutters are constructed using 1mm steel for the door skins, 2mm steel for the frame, 1mm steel for the door subframe, 4mm round-bar steel mesh reinforcement and 2mm profiled steel for the astragal.
Locking system.
Four internally located flush bolts secure into reinforced sections in the shutter frame to give an easy-to-use and secure locking solution.
Insulation.
Polyurethane-injected foam insulation to the shutter doors adds strength, rigidity, and a high-performance insulation value.
